The Alzheimer Society of Dufferin County is dedicated to providing help for people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and their caregivers.


Bethell Hospice

Bethell Hospice offers 24-hour care in a hospice residence, as well as a range of community programs and services for individuals still residing in their own homes.

Caledon Meals on Wheels

Established in 1984, Caledon Meals on Wheels is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit agency that provides programs and services to seniors and people with disabilities living in Caledon, Orangeville and the surrounding communities.


CMHA Peel Dufferin

CMHA Peel Dufferin provides a variety of mental health and addictions services, are committed to community development, mental health awareness and addressing the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness.

Central West Local Health

Home and Community Care Support Services Central West

Home and Community Care Support Services Central West has a focused mandate to deliver local health care services such as home and community care, long-term care home placement and help finding services and local doctors in the Central West region.


Community Living Dufferin

Community Living Dufferin helps people with developmental disabilities participate fully in the community through community partnerships that promote equal opportunity, respect and creating a culture of inclusion.


Dufferin Area Family Health Team (DAFHT)

The Dufferin Area Family Health Team is made up of physicians, nurses, administrative and other health care professionals working collaboratively, with five locations in Orangeville, Shelburne, and Grand Valley, as well as multiple family physician sites.

Dufferin Child and Family Services (DCAFS) is multiservice agency providing a multitude of programs and services to children, youth and their families under three main areas of focus: Child Welfare, Child and Youth Mental Health and Developmental Services.

Dufferin County Paramedics

Dufferin County Paramedic Service provides emergency medical service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In an emergency, paramedics provide medical treatment and can transport patients to the most appropriate hospital destination if required.


Family Transition Place

Family Transition Place provides critical services to women and children who have experienced abuse and unhealthy relationships. They can access help finding a safe place to live, or receive the services of a professional, skilled counsellor to assist them on their journey.


Headwaters Health Care Centre

Located in Orangeville, Headwaters Health Care Centre operates as an acute and complex continuing care facility, offering both inpatient and outpatient services, as well as an Emergency Department with 24/7 coverage. With over 700 staff and over 160 physicians, the hospital is accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada.
