Bolton Vaccine Clinic & Testing Centre

The Hills of Headwaters Collaborative’s COVID-19 walk-in vaccine and testing clinic is open every Friday, from 2 – 5 p.m. Registration closes at 4:30 p.m.
No appointment is necessary.

The clinic offers:

  • First and second (Pfizer) vaccines to all those over the age of 12
  • COVID-19 testing

Dufferin-Caledon COVID-19 Cold & Flu Clinic

If you are experiencing COVID -19 or cold and flu-like symptoms and need to see a physician, please book a same day appointment by calling (888) 530-1319.

Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday from 5 pm until 8 pm. Phones are answered Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am until 7 pm.

Parking passes will be provided.

Vaccines for Children

  • The clinic will have a limited number of vaccines available for children aged 5-11.

Third (booster) dose 

In addition, per NACI’s interim guidance on booster COVID-19 vaccine doses in Canada and the Ministry of Health COVID-19 Vaccine Third Dose Recommendations Guidance, the clinic is offering Pfizer as a third (booster) dose to eligible populations, a minimum of six months (168) following their second dose, including:

  • Residents aged 70+ with a minimum of six months (168 days) following the second dose
  • Eligible health care workers aged 16+ as identified by the Ontario Ministry of Health
  • Anyone who received two doses of AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD or one dose of the Janssen/Johnson and Johnson vaccine
  • First Nation, Inuit and Métis adults and their non-Indigenous household members (aged 16+)
  • Moderately and severely immunocompromised individuals: please consult your physician

Seniors 65 years of age and older living in the following settings will receive their booster dose in their residence or congregate setting:

  • Shelters
  • Long-term care and retirement homes
  • Elder care lodges
  • Other congregate settings
